**URGENT BACKFILL OPENING**

We are seeking a Treasury Specialist/Tax Coordinator to join a financial client in Irvine, CA.

Duration: 6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire

Location: Fully Onsite in Irvine, CA (M-F 8:00AM - 5:00 PM)

Hourly Pay: Up to $35/hr

In this role, you will be responsible for handling and processing of all cash activity of the Company and will be heavily involved in managing all tax & state filings, which keeps us in good standing with our various government agencies.

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of treasury and/or audit & tax coordination experience
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Accounting or Finance)
• Knowledge of ACH, wire transfer processes, and banking regulations
• Understanding of tax regulations and compliance, including state taxes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vLookup, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, etc. preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Prior mortgage accounting preferred, but not required

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all tax & state filings
• Monitor and manage bank account balances and preserve cash flow
• Manage credit card distribution and controls for all cardholders
• Manage all wire & ACH transaction processing
• Execute all non-bank platform electronic payments
• Review CC transactions and reconcile CC statements
