Supply Chain Analyst

• Contract (3-6+ months)
• Downtown NW Portland, OR
• Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 remote)
• Food production

What you should know: Mulberry Talent Partners is the proud partner to a food production company that has been in operation for over 100 years! This is a wonderful opportunity to get your foot in the door and gain experience in supply chain. You will support inventory, purchasing, warehouse and transportation teams, and provide general administrative support to the Supply Planning Manager.

A day in the life:

• Responsible for month-end inventory reporting and ERP transactions.
• Monitor inventories and create production, purchase, and transfer orders to meet inventory targets.
• Prepare reports that include but are not limited to inventory reports and scorecards.
• Lead and/or attend meetings as required, prepare meeting minutes as needed.
• Provide general administrative support for the Planning department.
• Compose professional correspondence to internal and external parties.
• Follow and adhere to company SOPs and department policies.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics/Transpiration, Business Administration or related field highly desired
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or freight is preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a rapidly changing environment and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
• Strong analytical and proactive skillset
• Proficient in an ERP is ideal, exposure to Power BI a plus

Compensation and Benefits : $30/HR. As a contract employee you will have access to benefits through our payroll partner including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid sick time and more.
