Job Overview:
We are seeking two skilled IT Helpdesk Technicians —one to work onsite and one remote—to support users across a broad range of technologies. Candidates will assist with daily IT operations, provide Level 1–2 troubleshooting, and support users in a mixed on-premises/cloud environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in enterprise support.
