Staff Accountant – Philadelphia (3 days onsite) to $80K + BONUS Staff Accountant for a high-impact, growth-oriented role with a robust accounting and finance team in Philadelphia on a hybrid schedule. Support Month end close, G/L, financial analysis, annual audits and more. Staff Accountant – Responsibilities Conduct monthly reconciliations and maintain accuracy of assigned general ledger accounts Manage general ledger activities and support financial reporting and analysis, including financial statements Utilize financial concepts for planning, analysis, and implementing effective controls Apply creative problem-solving to address complex accounting issues. Contribute to special projects Support annual audit processes, including interim and year-end testing and handling audit requests Staff Accountant – Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or related field) CPA track or aspirations preferred for career progression & advancement aspirations ERP software experience + 3 years accounting experience
