  • Support integration and commissioning of models and hardware/software on test platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within simulation environments and assets
  • Track and resolve discrepancy reports (DRs) related to simulation and test assets
  • Ensure simulation configurations are properly controlled and up to date
  • Implement software updates and fixes for simulation platforms as needed
  • Support internal knowledge sharing and capability growth in simulation integration
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define simulation needs and deliver solutions
  • Contribute to agile development cycles and simulation planning milestones

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware/software integration or simulation development
  • Experience with HIL/SIL simulations and testing environments
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python
  • Knowledge of various communication protocols
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities for integrated systems
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Willingness and availability to support evening, night, and weekend shifts as required

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in the aeronautical domain
  • Familiarity with Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs)
  • Experience with aircraft-specific protocols such as RS-485, ARINC 429, and ARINC 664
  • Understanding of aircraft avionics, dynamics, and system operations
  • Prior involvement in the design, development, test, or certification of simulation and test assets
  • Experience modeling or integrating simulation for aerospace systems such as avionics (e.g., FMS, EGPWS), aircraft systems (e.g., hydraulics, electrics), flight dynamics, command & control links, air traffic or communication systems (e.g., ACARS, CPDLC), and GPS/navigation systems

Why join us?

  • To acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company;
  • To have a competitive salary and a great benefits package
  • To access trainings that focus on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting edge technologies and best practices;
  • To have a clear career development plan that suits your goals;
  • To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presence;
  • To join a dynamic, specialized and fast-growing group where communication is key and where every team member is valued.
  • To be part of a team where having fun is essential.
