Position: SAP Consultant - Plant Maintenance

Compensation: $ 65 - 75 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled SAP Consultant -Plant Maintenance to join their team!

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and MRO Purchasing Consultant to support the rollout of SAP PM and MRO Stores/Purchasing at two newly established manufacturing plants. This role will be key to ensuring the successful implementation of SAP PM and integration with MRO processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead the full SAP PM and MRO implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business and technical requirements related to plant maintenance and MRO purchasing

Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, WM, FI/CO) and plant-level stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and integration

Support master data collection, cleansing, and upload, including functional locations, equipment records, bill of materials (BOM), and spare parts inventory

Required Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years hands-on experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module, including configuration and end-to-end implementation

Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred

Proven experience leading greenfield or new plant SAP implementations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Solid knowledge of master data requirements: functional locations, equipment hierarchies, task lists, and spare parts BOM

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with SAP Fiori applications

Familiarity with Ariba procurement processes

Prior experience on large ERP projects
