Senior Employment Litigation Attorney – Plaintiffs’ Advocacy Leadership Role | New York, NY

A prominent litigation-focused firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Employment Litigation Attorney for its New York City office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 13+ years of experience advocating for plaintiffs in high-impact employment law matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage violations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent plaintiffs in complex employment matters, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA claims

• Handle all stages of litigation—from intake through trial or resolution

• Conduct depositions, manage discovery, prepare motions, and draft agreements

• Appear in mediations, arbitrations, and state/federal court proceedings

• Provide legal counseling and develop case strategies aligned with client goals

• Supervise junior attorneys or staff as needed

• Stay current with evolving federal, state, and New York City employment laws

Qualifications:

• Minimum 13 years of experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation

• Proven success managing complex caseloads and securing favorable results

• Significant trial experience and courtroom confidence

• Strong writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills

• Ability to independently manage cases and advise clients

Education & Certifications:

• JD from an accredited law school

• Admission to the New York State Bar (required)

• Federal court admission preferred
