Aigentless is a high-growth proptech software startup that is redefining the self-guided tour experience for residential leasing. Using the Aigentless app, prospective renters are able to find and tour apartments on their own time. Through our highly curated tour experiences, prospects get all the information they need to make a decision, without any need for a live agent. Our generative AI leasing assistant, Leasa, is purpose-built to answer any questions prospects have during their tour. Aigentless is fully integrated with the leading property management systems and CRMs including Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, Funnel, EliseAI, and more. Since launching in January, Aigentless has grown rapidly and is now deployed on 5,000+ multifamily units across 7 states. Our clients include some of the largest and most innovative real estate investment managers, operators, and management companies in the country. Our team works in-person out of our Chicago and NYC offices. The Role:

As we continue to expand rapidly into new markets and onboard new properties to our platform, we

are seeking a highly motivated customer onboarding specialist who is excited about the prospect of

working at a fast-paced startup to join our small but growing team at our Chicago office! Onboarding Specialists at Aigentless plays a critical role in ensuring new properties are set up for success on our self-guided tour platform. The Onboarding Specialist will work closely with our customer success, sales, operations, and engineering teams to configure properties, create engaging and optimized tour paths, and provide the support needed to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. This role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, hard work ethic, and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

Property Setup and Configuration:

  • Collaborate with clients’ corporate and onsite team members to gather all necessary information for property setup.
  • Work with our engineering team to ensure seamless integration with property management systems and access control.
  • Design and map bespoke self-guided tour paths that showcase properties’ key features and amenities effectively; iterate and refine tours post launch based on client and renter feedback.
  • Liaise between engineering team and property management to integrate properties’ existing marketing strategies and channels into Aigentless product, such as website, email, and ILS
  • Travel to meet onsite teams, map the property, and take photo and videos used to curate tours

Collaboration With Internal Teams:

  • Collect feedback from property managers to improve the onboarding process and identify opportunities for process and platform enhancements.
  • Use data analytics to provide insights and recommendations to property teams to maximize engagement and increase lease conversions.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to resolve onboarding challenges and ensure a smooth property launch.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Properties are successfully onboarded within expected timelines, with minimal issues or delays.
  • Tour paths are engaging, efficient, and tailored to the unique needs of each property.
  • Property teams are confident using the Aigentless platform and empowered to succeed independently
  • Customer feedback reflects a positive and seamless onboarding experience.

Candidate Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with project management and working directly with customers to solve issues
  • Aptitude for learning new technology
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Desire for ownership and growth in role over time
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Travel last minute as needed

Nice to Haves:

  • You’ve had professional experience in Software, Proptech, and/or digital marketing
  • You have experience or working knowledge of Property Management or Multi-family Real Estate
  • You've been an early hire at a fast-growing company before

Estimated Compensation

  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
  • Performance-based discretionary bonus
  • Equity: This role may also be eligible for Aigentless’ equity incentive plan. We’re happy to walk through this piece during the interview process.
