Job Description

-5+ years’ experience with the following software packages used for electrical estimations

• Trimble Accubid Electrical Estimating Software
• McCormick Systems Software (McCormick Electrical)

-Must have industrial (prefer semiconductor construction) electrical estimating experience 5+ years preferred

• Must have experience with take offs, walk downs, and compiling all requirements to successfully submit complete electrical bid packages accurately

-Logistics

-Materials

-Labor

-Crane use requirements

• Must have experience with low voltage, medium voltage, and high voltage estimating

-Can be located in the following areas

• Greater Phoenix area
• Austin TX Area - preferred
• North West Houston area
• Dallas Fort Worth region

-Position can be a hybrid role (remote, work from home around 50% to 60% of time acceptable for right candidate) but will be required to meet with ABM client teams onsite occasionally

• At Samsung Taylor Texas campus
• At TSMC Phoenix campus

-The role will either be direct hired, or will be transitional CGS then convert to ABM direct hire

• Pay range is starting at $155,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually depending on experience
• If direct hired (or when), ABM offers full benefits, healthcare, life, vacation/holiday pay, retirement, and advancement
• Will consider relocation package for the right person

-Must have US Citizenship, Current Green Card, or Work Authorization (not open to those that will need sponsorship in the future)

• Not open to recent college grads
• Must speak, read and write fluent English
• Conversational level of Korean or Mandarin language is a plus
