As the Staff Accountant / Accounting Specialist, you'll play a key role in day-to-day and month-end accounting functions, supporting both the finance team and broader business operations.

Key Responsibilities: Staff Accountant / Accounting Specialist

• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports on sales, cash flow, A/P, A/R, and profit margins to support operational decision-making.
• Compile and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, vendor spending, and custom ad-hoc reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing, aging reports, payment applications, and collections follow-up.
• Oversee accounts payable by processing vendor invoices, running weekly payments, and reconciling vendor statements.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, record journal entries, and complete balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month-end close.
• Respond to billing inquiries from customers and vendors, and assist with inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

• Experience with inventory accounting or working in a product-based or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
