We’re looking to hire a Credit Services Professional for a global luxury goods brand.

• This is a 6 month + opportunity.
• Location: Parsippany/Troy Hills, NJ and is onsite 5 days a week
• Schedule: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.
• Hourly Rate: $30hr. - $35hr.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be responsible for processing Credit Applications and reviewing transactions for Credit Approval.
• Analyze Applicants' financial status and review Credit Profile to approve or deny Credit Line.
• Evaluate the status of existing Accounts, update the Credit Profile and validate information as needed.
• Review credit applications and provide financing terms.
• Handle customer inquiries - must be customer service-oriented
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment

Requirements:

• Lending or Banking Call Center experience preferred - Accounting Backgrounds are not a fit for this role.
• Open to Candidates without Credit experience but must have strong customer service experience and the ability to learn the Credit industry.
• Mortgage or credit experience helpful, but not required
• Must have strong learning ability and pick up on complex topics such as Credit and Fraud Detection.
