• Represent clients in commercial litigation, real estate, insurance defense, and construction law

• Negotiate settlements and lead trial preparation when necessary

• Prior experience in commercial litigation, real estate, or construction law

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school

• Active bar license in Louisiana (or ability to obtain promptly)
