The Contract Web Developer will help re-build and set up maintenance of the HR website presence by developing a plan and schedule. This position will ensure relevant content on the appropriate platforms - public facing and internal facing by developing a conceptual model before rebuilding. The Web Developer will be responsible for ensuring HR web pages are aligned with the visual and color schemes, cybersecurity, and other compliance requirements. This position will collaborate with HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build new sites and web resources based on the immediate and ongoing needs of HR. In addition, the Web Developer will train HR staff on basic maintenance of WordPress.

At least (2 years for Associate Web Developer), (5 years for Web Developer) web development experience
Experience creating and maintaining websites while applying UX and UI
Experience working with WordPress and Google Sites Preferred
College degree in a related field.

Strong understanding of web design principles, including visual identity and user experience.

General graphic design skills (website banners, templates, etc.)

Experience with developing websites with cyber security limitations.
