Job Description

Warranty Manager

Join a dynamic team in residential construction

Are you passionate about delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction in the residential construction field? We are looking for a skilled and proactive Warranty Manager to oversee post-construction warranty processes and ensure homeowners receive an exceptional experience. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our homes and enhancing construction quality through effective issue resolution and feedback.

What We’re About

We specialize in building premium, high-quality homes with a focus on design excellence and attention to detail. Our team thrives on collaboration, fast-paced innovation, and a shared commitment to creating spaces people are proud to call home. If you enjoy working alongside motivated individuals in a rapidly growing environment, this may be the perfect fit for you.

Who You Are

You’re a customer-focused professional with a knack for problem-solving and a dedication to high standards. You bring strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You thrive in hands-on roles that involve both fieldwork and managing relationships, always aiming to deliver solutions that reflect the quality of the homes you represent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warranty Service Management: Act as the primary liaison with homeowners during the warranty period, conduct orientations and walkthroughs, document and resolve service requests, and provide clear communication about timelines and actions.
  • Trade Coordination: Schedule and oversee service visits by trade partners, troubleshoot onsite issues, and ensure timely and high-quality responses to warranty claims.
  • Quality Feedback: Track recurring warranty trends, share insights to improve construction processes, and collaborate in reducing repeat issues through actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction, property maintenance, or warranty service.
  • Hands-on skills in minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs, and confident use of power tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction systems, finishes, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail—able to manage multiple tickets and appointments simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with software tools for tracking service requests.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to homes and job sites.
  • A proactive approach with a team-first attitude and pride in delivering superior service.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $85,000–$110,000 (DOE).
  • Annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
  • Generous paid time off: 3 weeks PTO plus 8 federal holidays.
  • Mileage reimbursement at IRS rates and a $50 monthly phone allowance.
  • Comprehensive health and dental insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% company matching.

Ready to Apply?

If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and excited to join a fast-moving team in residential construction, we want to hear from you! Submit your application today to start paving the way for homeowner satisfaction and construction excellence.
