Key Responsibilities: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Support month-end close and year-end audit preparation Track and allocate expenses, including gift card inventory Maintain and update accounting records and files Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Assist with tax workpapers and audit documentation Provide excellent internal customer service and cross-functional support Qualifications: ~ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field ~1–3 years of accounting experience preferred Skills: Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Blackbaud, Financial Edge NXT) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $58,000–$72,000 Employment Type: Direct Hire, hybrid
