Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Staff Accountant to assist with portfolio management for a designated client portfolio. This role ensures timely, accurate reporting aligned with departmental standards and supports both clients and assigned Investment Brokers with inquiries and updates. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update monthly reports Perform daily accounting tasks, including trading updates and monthly processing Ensure accuracy and completeness of client communications Respond to client and internal inquiries professionally Maintain documentation for annual regulatory audits Collaborate with team members and adapt to process or regulatory changes Qualifications: ~2–3 years of relevant industry experience preferred ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ~ Background in customer service or banking is a plus ~ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Ideal Candidate: Self-motivated and detail-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Able to manage multiple priorities independently Quick to learn proprietary systems and adapt to change If interested in the above position, please apply directly.
