We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our clients team. This role is pivotal in supporting and managing various HR functions.Opportunity for growth. Key Responsibilities :
• Employee Relations : Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
• Performance Management : Implement and oversee performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Development : Identify and coordinate development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.
• Compliance and Policy Development : Supports adherence to labor laws and company policies, updating procedures as necessary.
• HR Metrics and Reporting : Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to HR Manager.
• HRIS Analyst : Expert / SME in UKG modules, Learning and Analytics. Skilled in at work process designs and flows to improve and leverage technological capabilities.
• Benefits Administration : Supports employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Future Responsibilities :
• Leadership Roles : As the company expands and grows, take on leadership roles in new projects and initiatives.
• Strategic Development : Contribute to the development of new HR strategies to support company expansion.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work and support other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternative 5 years working within the Generalist position.
• Experience : 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist or analyst functions.
• Skills :
o Interpersonal and communication skills.
o Excellent problem-solving abilities.
o Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
o Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
o Proficiency in HR metrics and data analysis.
This is NOT a remote position. This position will require the employee to work on Site in Flowery Branch, GA.
