📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Litigate personal injury defense matters involving trucking, premises liability, and workplace accidents

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery documents

• Represent clients in court, including conducting depositions and jury trials

• Advise clients on case strategy, legal risks, and litigation posture

• Analyze legal and factual details to build effective, proactive defenses

• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff on complex cases

✅ Qualifications:

• Significant experience with litigation and jury trial work in Texas courts

• In-depth knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence

• Admitted and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

• Strong command of legal research, advocacy, and trial presentation skills

• Ability to independently manage case strategy and execution

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
