We’re looking for a Senior Member Experience Consultant to help lead service excellence in our Wethersfield branch.

Are you ready to elevate member service to the next level—and mentor others to do the same? Dutch Point Credit Union is looking for a Senior Member Experience Consultant (SR. MXC) to play a key role in shaping how we serve our members—through expert guidance, empathetic support, and a leadership mindset.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years in a member services or financial consulting role.
  • Experience resolving complex issues and supporting team performance.
  • FiCEP/CCUFC certification (or willingness to complete within 6 months).
  • A passion for service, a drive to mentor, and a commitment to financial wellness.
