Edwards House a beautifully restored boutique inn in the heart of Fort Collins, is looking for a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Assistant Innkeeper to join our small, dedicated team. It's a wonderful Place, a peaceful, off-grid retreat nestled in the stunning Poudre Canyon.

We’re looking for a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Assistant Innkeeper to help us care for both of these unique properties. From welcoming guests at the inn to preparing It’s a Wonderful Place for weekend getaways, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic settings and finds joy in creating memorable,

beautiful experiences for others.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Duties:

• Clean guest rooms and common areas daily
• Perform laundry, make beds, dust, vacuum, and clean bathrooms and kitchens
• Organize linens and amenities, maintain inventory of supplies
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation throughout the inn

Guest Services:

• Check guests in and out using our reservation software
• Coordinate and serve breakfast
• Respond to guest needs, emails, phone calls, and complaints with grace
• Maintain accurate guest records and accounts
• Provide a warm and attentive guest experience

Kitchen Prep:

• Assist with food prep, plating, and clean-up
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ year experience in housekeeping, hotel, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using basic computer programs (Word, Excel, reservation software)

Schedule & Compensation

• Day shifts only – enjoy your evenings!
• Must be available on weekends
• Flexible weekly hours based on your availability and our needs
• Starting at $16.50/hour (higher pay for experienced candidates)
