Title: Purchasing Coordinator
Salary: $75,000-$85,000
Reports to: Director of Purchasing, Purchasing Manager
The Purchasing Coordinator will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Purchasing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
-Circulating plans for bid and tracking bid responses
-Assisting in the creation and updating of scopes of work
-Maintaining contract logs and ensuring timely execution of agreements
-Support the setup and maintenance of purchase orders
-Acting as a point of contact for Subcontractor communication and onboarding
-Coordinating all option pricing setup across projects
-Organizing digital and physical purchasing files to maintain version control
-Supporting job cost analysis and reporting efforts
Qualifications:
-High School diploma/GED required
-2+ years' experience in homebuilding or similar role
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, Bluebeam, Outlook
-Highly organized and able to multitask
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Able to handle confidential materials and situations
-Able to work independently and as part of a team
