Our client, a leading luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Part-Time Boutique Services Assistant to join the team in New York team on a part-time/temp basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage timelines and communication plans for all uniform-related activities to keep retail teams informed and aligned.
• Coordinate the fulfillment of OTP (Order to Pick) uniform orders from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in delivery.
• Guide and elevate grooming standards by leading conversations around employee appearance and uniform alignment in line with brand guidelines.
• Oversee the uniform fulfillment process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Manage the bi-annual Fall and Spring uniform update process, including planning, distribution, and feedback collection from boutiques.
• Support management of the Uniform SharePoint for entries and request.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency with MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint
• Preferred: JotForm/Power App experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all formats
• Inventory management skills
• Strong collaboration with supply chain
• In-store retail experience
• A passion for organization, order, compliance
• Possess strong time management skills
• Innovative and creative mindset to explore new ideas
• Drive to follow through and provide service
• Shipping and receiving experience with various service providers
