Position: Parts & Shipping Coordinator

Location: Jackson, TN

Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Pay: $20/hr.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:

An established and growing industrial service company is seeking a Parts & Logistics Coordinator to support its parts and service operations. This hybrid role blends administrative support with hands-on shipping/receiving and inventory responsibilities. Ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization, and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

What You’ll Do:

• Order Management: Receive, reconcile, and invoice all parts orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inventory Fulfillment: Pull and prepare parts for service jobs to keep operations on schedule.
• Shipping & Receiving: Verify and process incoming and outgoing shipments, print labels, and arrange transportation.
• Communication: Coordinate between technicians, customer service managers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure seamless operations.
• Recordkeeping & Organization: Maintain detailed records of inventory movement and shipping documentation.
• Administrative Support: Perform data entry and general office tasks in support of the team.
• Facility Maintenance: Assist with rearranging bin locations, processing returns, and keeping the workspace organized.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in administrative, logistics, or parts/inventory support
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic inventory software
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Familiarity with industrial parts/equipment is a plus
• Forklift operation experience is a bonus (or willingness to learn)
