As a Lead Office Services Associate, you’ll be the driving force behind a smooth, efficient, and welcoming workplace. Leading a team of Office Services Associates, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure tasks are completed on time, and deliver outstanding support to employees and clients alike. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, train, and mentor the office services team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Assign tasks, manage workloads, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements.
Foster a collaborative, positive work culture that encourages growth and continuous improvement.
Office Operations & Maintenance
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Oversee supply inventory, ordering, and restocking to keep operations running smoothly.
Coordinate with janitorial and maintenance teams for upkeep and repairs.
Implement efficient organizational systems for documents, supplies, and resources.
Customer Service & Employee Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, responding quickly and professionally to requests.
Anticipate and resolve issues, finding ways to improve services and streamline processes.
Gather feedback from employees to enhance the workplace experience.
Vendor & Event Coordination
Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness.
Plan and execute office events, meetings, and conferences — from setup to breakdown.
Coordinate catering, AV needs, and meeting materials to ensure seamless execution.
Training & Professional Development
Participate in training programs to stay sharp in leadership, operations, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
2–3 years of office services or related leadership experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong decision-making, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team while maintaining confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
