A real estate investment and management company in the Bellevue, WA area is hiring for a National Leasing Specialist at levels I and II. The role offers a competitive salary of $26.50 per hour, with on-site presence required from Tuesday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm.
For level 1, candidates from any industry are welcome, while for level 2, candidates with a background in real estate are preferred, but those with strong customer service skills from any industry are also encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should have a positive and professional demeanor, along with a solid leasing background. Responsibilities include managing tenant interactions, lease agreements, and client relationships. Effective communication and a customer-centric approach are crucial for addressing tenant inquiries and conducting property tours.
Candidates should have prior experience in customer service and property management, with call center proficiency being advantageous. Familiarity with Yardi, CRM, and ADP is a plus, but willingness to learn new software is valued.
