AWS/CES is seeking an Installation Foreman for our HVAC service client in Peachtree Corners, GA

📍 Location: Peachtree Corners, GA

Job Type: Direct Hire

Shift: Morning

💰 Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 DOE

About the Role:

As the Installation Foreman, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial HVAC installation projects. You’ll manage installation crews, coordinate with project managers and other trades, and ensure all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and timeline goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct crews on HVAC installations, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and insulation
• Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specs to guide installation work
• Coordinate daily with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to resolve field issues and keep jobs moving
• Plan and assign daily tasks based on priorities and crew strengths
• Enforce safety standards and ensure work meets mechanical codes and quality requirements
• Track materials and request tools or supplies as needed
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure alignment, fit, and performance
• Maintain jobsite documentation, labor logs, and daily progress reports

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• 2+ years in a foreman or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and commercial installation practices
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews under tight deadlines
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (required)
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Skilled with hand/power tools, rigging, and jobsite equipment
• Detail-oriented and safety-driven
