Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist with strong UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software) experience to join our Human Resources team.

Position Overview:

As our HR Specialist, you will leverage your expertise with UKG Pro to support HR operations, manage employee data, and optimize our HRIS functionality. You will play a vital role in maintaining data integrity and delivering exceptional HR services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the UKG Pro HRIS platform, including employee records, organizational structures, and reporting relationships
  • Process payroll changes, benefits enrollments, and employment status changes within UKG Pro
  • Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support management decision-making
  • Provide technical support to employees and managers using UKG Pro's self-service features
  • Collaborate with IT on system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Assist with the annual benefits open enrollment process
  • Provide training and documentation on UKG Pro functionality to HR team and employees

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years working directly with UKG Pro
  • Demonstrated proficiency with UKG Pro modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
