Job Description

We are seeking a tech-savvy Human Resources Coordinator to support and streamline HR processes using advanced HR technologies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a digital environment, manages employee data systems with precision, and is proactive in identifying HR process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
• Payroll data entry
• Assist with confidential correspondence, such as offer letters and separation letters
• Assist with benefit enrollments and changes through online portals
• Coordinate electronic onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Generate HR reports and dashboards (headcounts, metrics, etc.)
• Create presentations
• Support to COO (calendar/scheduling, etc.)
• Assist with representing and setting up Board of Directors meetings
• Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage candidate data
• Respond to employee inquiries about payroll, benefits, and policies with a systems-first approach

Education, Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or support roles
• Possess a SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Experience generating HR data reports and working with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills
