Job Description

Our client, a luxury boutique and café, is looking for a professional and dependable temp-to-hire restaurant server with elevated experience to join their Costa Mesa, CA team! Fine dining experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers : Greet clients warmly and provide menus.
• Take orders : Take orders for food and drinks, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
• Communicate with kitchen : Pass orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks : Deliver food and drinks to customers with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Check in with customers : Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process payments : Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Help with opening and closing : Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must have Serve Safe card + fine dining experience.
• Must be okay with 6 month – 1 year assignment with the potential to become a permanent employee.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Costa Mesa, CA.
