Job Description: Tuopu USA, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced EHS Specialist to join our team in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in an EHS or Safety technician or specialist role. Candidates should have a strong foundation in safety practices, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to our fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health and safety programs
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards - Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes
• Provide training on safety procedures and protocols
• Maintain records of all safety-related activities
• Collaborate with management to address safety concerns

Knowledge and Skills Preferred:

• Proficient in report writing for documenting safety procedures and incidents
• Knowledge of CPR, first aid, and emergency response protocols
• Experience in training development for educating employees on safety practices
• Familiarity with workers’ compensation law and regulations
• Understanding of occupational health standards and practices
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis for identifying safety issues
• Familiarity with EPA regulations related to environmental health

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an EHS/Safety Technician or Specialist role.
