Join Client , a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, as a Senior Engineer, Environmental Conformity and become the go-to expert shaping the future of eco-friendly manufacturing!

In this dynamic role, you will lead the charge on environmental product compliance — from managing substances of concern and energy efficiency to overseeing end-of-life product responsibilities. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and sustainability, developing and executing cutting-edge compliance programs that align with global regulations and industry standards.

Bring your strategic mindset and systems-thinking skills to collaborate across teams, influence key stakeholders, and turn complex data into actionable insights. You’ll have a direct impact on the company’s environmental initiatives and help steer the organization toward a greener, more efficient future.

What You’ll Do:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of compliance strategies for global environmental product standards and directives.
  • Analyze complex regulatory data and communicate trends to internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that drive product sustainability and regulatory adherence.
  • Engage with supply chain stakeholders to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Influence decision-makers by presenting data-driven insights and gaining enterprise-wide support for environmental programs.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned engineer with a solid background in environmental compliance, manufacturing, or product development.
  • Experienced in navigating regulations like RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Ecodesign, and PFAS.
  • A confident project manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python, turning data into strategy.
  • A collaborative communicator skilled at influencing stakeholders and driving results.

If you're ready to take your career to the next level and make a tangible difference in sustainability, this role is for you. Join Client and help build a smarter, cleaner future.
