Job Description

A high-growth technology company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Talent Management to design and scale a next-generation talent strategy. This newly created role will serve as a critical pillar in advancing culture, career development, leadership readiness, and internal engagement across a global footprint.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is an opportunity to build from the ground up—integrating early-career pipelines, onboarding, internal comms, leadership development, and succession planning into a cohesive, scalable function. The ideal candidate blends vision with execution, and thrives in fast-paced, tech-forward environments.

What You’ll Own

  • Culture Integration : Embed values and leadership expectations across global talent programs—hiring, onboarding, performance, and development.
  • Early-Career Talent : Launch and lead internship/co-op programs aligned with technical and commercial hiring needs. Build strong university partnerships.
  • Leadership Development : Scale leadership programs for all levels, integrating learning, coaching, and on-the-job growth aligned to business priorities.
  • Onboarding : Evolve onboarding into a consistent, engaging, and strategic experience across business units and geographies.
  • Internal Comms : Drive clear, consistent messaging around talent initiatives to boost transparency, alignment, and employee engagement.
  • Career & Succession Planning : Support the rollout of a career framework and talent planning processes across global teams.
  • HR Tech & Analytics : Partner on HRIS selection and optimize tools like Lever and ADP. Embed analytics into talent programs to track impact and guide decisions.

You Bring

  • Experience building talent management functions within growth-stage, tech-enabled, or manufacturing organizations.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action—this is a build-while-doing role.
  • Strong foundation in early-career hiring, leadership development, and internal comms.
  • Proven ability to operationalize culture and competency frameworks.
  • A mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution. You roll up your sleeves and get things done.
