Summary:
The Director of GTM Strategy – Pharmacy Benefit Management will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and enhancing the value proposition of SPS Health’s PSAO (Pharmacy Services Administrative Organization). As part of a lean, entrepreneurial team, this role offers the opportunity to work in a newly launched product vertical with significant long-term growth potential. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with PBMs, optimizing the network of pharmacies, and shaping the company’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy through actionable feedback loops. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this position provides a chance to make a tangible impact on the trajectory of SPS Health’s newest division.

This role is a hybrid position with office presence required at our Denver, CO office. Travel within the U.S. is estimated at 30% per year. The emphasis is on travel for impact.
