Digital Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven, client-focused Digital Analyst I or Digital Analyst II (dependent on skillset) to join our growing Advanced Analytics team. In this role, you’ll work across a range of datasets—covering everything from digital advertising and website performance to dealership sales and customer leads—to uncover insights that drive strategy and improve performance.

You’ll be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, crafting recommendations, and presenting your findings to both internal stakeholders and external clients. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, fluent in Power BI, and comfortable translating data into clear, impactful stories that guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance data across key areas such as website behavior, digital advertising, lead activity, inventory, and vehicle sales
  • Use Power BI to build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Identify trends, uncover root causes, and develop insights that answer strategic business questions
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams through written summaries and live presentations
  • Collaborate with account teams, subject matter experts, and clients to support campaign analysis, optimization strategies, and measurement planning
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports with a strong focus on clarity, impact, and usability

Examples of Impactful Projects

  • Analyzing which vehicles generate high digital lead volume but low conversion to sale
  • Evaluating traffic sources to determine which channels are most effective in driving quality leads
  • Identifying gaps in inventory that are limiting sales potential based on demand signals
  • Recommending changes to messaging or spend strategy based on performance trends

Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role
  • Proficiency in Power BI is highly valued , including data ingestion, data modeling, DAX-based measures, and visualization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and extract actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills—must be comfortable presenting to clients and leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bonus skills: SQL, statistical modeling, or experience in the automotive or digital marketing industry
