Job Title: Data Entry ClerkJob Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent email communication skills, a good memory for details, and the ability to deal with difficult people and scheduling. Experience with data entry, administrative support, and ERP systems is essential. This role involves a lot of email correspondence focused on different customers, so organization and responsiveness are key. Responsibilities + Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed. + Respond to and manage emails from one email box, focusing on different customers. + Maintain organization and ensure all data is entered correctly. + Use software such as Word Suite and Excel for various tasks. + Handle difficult people and challenging scheduling scenarios. + Recall and manage thousands of part numbers for high-end home products. Essential Skills + Proficiency in data entry and administrative support. + Excellent email communication skills. + Experience with Word Suite and Excel. + Experience with ERP systems. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Good memory for details and part numbers. + Ability to handle difficult people and scheduling. Additional Skills & Qualifications + No degree is required, but relevant experience is important. + Personable but focused and not overly chatty. + Detail-oriented with the ability to pay close attention to numbers and addresses. + Strong recall abilities and articulate communication. + Takes pride in their work and shows tenure in previous positions. Work Environment The work environment consists of a team of 7 people based in Carlsbad. The shift is from 8am to 5pm. The team is composed of quiet, analytical individuals who work hard and keep their heads down. Attendance and reliability are crucial in this role. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
