This role is all about being a steady hand behind the scenes—helping clients navigate their benefits with less stress and more support. You’ll manage critical paperwork, coordinate with insurance carriers, and keep everything running smoothly so clients feel confident and cared for. If you’re organized, compassionate, and ready to grow, this is your chance to make a real difference. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you learn our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee questions about coverage, billing, and eligibility—offering clarity, empathy, and follow-through
  • Process enrollments, terminations, and benefit changes accurately and on time—keeping transitions smooth
  • Support groups with necessary paperwork to set up or maintain benefit plans—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting employees and their families
  • Keep Salesforce and internal systems updated with clean, accurate records
  • Help complete compliance forms and documentation to support ongoing plan administration

This Role Is for You If You:

  • Enjoy helping people and explaining complex information clearly
  • Are organized and proactive—you spot the details others miss and stay ahead of deadlines
  • Are tech-savvy and systems-oriented—comfortable navigating platforms and entering data
  • Remain calm under pressure—especially during our busy Q4 season
  • Are flexible and collaborative—work well across teams and adapt to changing needs

Experience That Helps You Succeed

  • 1–2 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, healthcare, or HR
  • Life and Health License (or willingness to obtain within 60 days—we’ll help)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools (preferred)
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak season (October to February)
