Job Requirements:

• Menu development and creation
• Financial accounting and reporting relating to food and controllable costs
• Leadership and team management for a multi-unit restaurant group
• Culinary creativity and innovation
• Adhere and maintain all health and safety practices and standards
• At least 5 years experience as an Executive Chef for high volume, chef-driven restaurant groups
• Implement systems and follow up with training and performance goals of the Executive Chefs
• Ability to work every back of house station in the restaurant
• Ability to conduct audits and hold one on one's with Executive and Sous Chefs
• Hold chefs accountable at all times
• Pass drug screening and background check
