Position Overview

The Project Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to closeout. This individual will lead project planning, budgeting, and execution, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure every project meets or exceeds expectations in quality, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will bring strategic oversight, strong technical knowledge, and proven experience managing commercial builds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead project planning and pre-construction efforts, including scope development, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and workflow.
  • Monitor project performance, address issues proactively, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular site visits and project reviews to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager managing Commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour.
