A well-respected boutique litigation firm in Dallas is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing for expert depositions and hearings
• Draft and respond to discovery requests
• Review and organize discovery materials and pleadings
• Summarize key documents and identify relevant exhibits
• Participate in case strategy calls and smaller court hearings as needed
• Support trial preparation efforts and help manage complex litigation timelines involving multiple parties

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of litigation experience , preferably in construction law ; experience in real estate or insurance defense will also be considered
• Highly self-motivated and proactive , with the ability to manage tasks independently and follow through with minimal oversight
• Comfortable working on-site full time (with some potential for flexibility after the initial onboarding period)
• Strong communication skills—able to confidently engage with supervisors and team members via phone, video, or in person
• Detail-oriented with excellent document review and drafting skills
• Technologically proficient; experience with Clio for billing is a plus
