Commercial Lines Account Assistant - Insurance - Hybrid - Irvine, CA

Are you looking for an incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing insurance company and advance your career in the insurance space? This well-established, Irvine-based brokerage wants to add an experienced Commercial Lines Account Assistant to their team.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to Account Managers and clients
• Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.
• Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc.
• Give excellent customer service via phone and email
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs

Qualifications Needed to Thrive:

• Active P&C license
• 2-3 years of experience with large commercial accounts at a retail brokerage
• Knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight is a plus!
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
