📍 Now Hiring: Commercial Lease Administrator | Manhasset, Long Island
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Lease Administrator dynamic real estate team in Manhasset, Long Island. This is a fully onsite position (Monday–Friday) offering a salary of $90,000.
You’ll be the go-to person for managing lease documents, drafting and redlining agreements, coordinating with attorneys, and maintaining key tenant relationships across a portfolio of commercial properties.
🔑 Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and redline commercial leases and renewal documents
Manage lease execution and ensure timely follow-up on lease terms
Coordinate with tenants, attorneys, and internal teams on all lease-related matters
Handle lease renewals, amendments, and critical date tracking
Maintain organized lease documentation via Dropbox
Respond to all tenant inquiries, including issues related to arrears and lease compliance
Generate monthly lease reports and assist with general lease administration tasks
Collaborate on monthly reporting and assist with audit or legal requests
Utilize BJ Murray (training will be provided)
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial lease administration
Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and legal lease language
Must have experience with drafting and redlining leases
Professional and confident communication skills for tenant and attorney interaction
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines independently
Familiarity with Dropbox or other document management systems
Experience with BJ Murray is a plus (training provided)
