Job Description

We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects, such as data centers and casinos. You’ll manage all phases from preconstruction through commissioning, with a focus on cost control, scheduling, safety, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management for multimillion-dollar builds
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and quality standards
• Conduct constructability reviews, perform value-engineering, and oversee compliance checks
• Manage on-site execution: monitor progress, enforce safety and code compliance, resolve field issues, and provide progress reports
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, and executive leadership throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• 8–15 years of experience in commercial ground-up construction, with a focus on data centers, casinos, or mission-critical facilities
• Proven leadership managing large teams and high-budget projects
• Strong skills in project controls, financial reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in project management software; PMP or related certification preferred
