Location: Remote (North Carolina Health and Life Insurance license required)

Pay Rate: $28 to $30

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Account Implementation Analysts to join our team. This is an exciting contract opportunity for individuals passionate about project management and client success in a post-sale environment. As an Account Implementation Analyst, you will be instrumental in leading and managing all aspects of standard account implementations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of benefits, eligibility, and administrative services. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all post-sale implementation activities for standard accounts.
  • Collaborate with field staff to facilitate the implementation of benefits, eligibility, and administrative services.
  • Design and execute internal implementation strategies.
  • Analyze, enter, and process requests to expedite post-sales account implementation efforts.
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve complex implementation issues, collaborating with various levels of management.
  • Support and participate in meetings with external parties (consultants, group/benefit administrators, systems experts, health care providers, vendors, etc.) to address implementation challenges and solutions.
  • Identify and assess barriers, lead cross-functional workgroups, and negotiate through technical and operational issues.
  • Develop action plans and communicate key implementation messages to all necessary audiences.
  • Track and manage implementation issues to lead overall improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to meeting departmental goals and objectives, providing efficient and quality service to standard accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field.
  • In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field will be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field (with a Bachelor's degree).
  • Must be able to obtain a North Carolina Health and Life Insurance license within 60 days of employment in this position.
