Chief Executive Officer – Global Leader in Wearable Health Tech

A pioneering company in the wearable fitness and rehabilitation technology space is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of international expansion and product innovation. Backed by a high-growth foundation and a team passionate about redefining performance, this role presents an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on executive to scale a tech-driven wellness brand globally.

This candidate will begin their tenure based in Miami.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive international expansion across key global markets.
• Oversee multi-national operations, including existing offices in Europe and North America.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional global team.
• Lead the evolution and development of tech-enabled wearable solutions for both professional and at-home use.
• Scale licensing and franchise operations across wellness, hospitality, and boutique fitness sectors.
• Grow rehabilitation market presence through strategic partnerships with professional sports teams, clinics, and recovery centers.
• Establish and maintain high-level strategic partnerships and investor relationships to support long-term growth.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to align on vision, roadmap, and execution.
• Report directly to the Board with regular updates on strategic goals, performance, and business development milestones.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10–15 years of senior leadership experience (e.g., COO, VP, or equivalent)
• Proven ability to lead and scale international operations and teams
• Background in fitness, health tech, wellness, or rehabilitation strongly preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and fast-paced environments
• Action-oriented and hands-on—comfortable wearing multiple hats and executing at every level
• Track record in business development, strategic partnerships, and growth strategy
• Willing and excited to relocate internationally (Middle East HQ planned)
• Deep familiarity with the wellness and performance industry, ideally as both a professional and enthusiast
• Confident, dynamic communicator with strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills
• Well-connected within the fitness-tech and performance health ecosystem

This opportunity requires the candidate to be based in Miami for the first four months, with a planned relocation to Dubai thereafter. This is a rare chance to get in early with a rapidly scaling company on track to become a billion-dollar business.

Compensation includes a $150K base salary, annual performance bonus, and 1% equity—offering significant upside. Please note, compensation may be restructured after three months based on performance and company milestones. This is a high-impact role with exceptional long-term potential.
