Job Description

Company Description

We are a family-owned, women-led towing and impound company specializing in parking enforcement services for apartment complexes and a range of commercial properties such as gas stations, warehouses, and more. While we also handle standard towing, our core focus is partnering with property managers to maintain compliance and organization through consistent, professional vehicle monitoring.

Each month, our trained field team visits contracted properties to inspect all vehicles on-site for code and property rule compliance. Vehicles in violation are stickered, photographed, and recorded in a shared log used by leasing offices to manage resident communications and track corrections. On the scheduled tow date, we return to the property, consult with the leasing office, recheck vehicles, and—only after confirming unresolved violations—secure written authorization before initiating any tow.

Since acquiring the business four years ago, we’ve experienced over 800% growth in active contracts and significantly increased our revenue through dedication, efficiency, and reputation.

What sets us apart is our attention to detail, commitment to fairness, and deep respect for our clients and the communities they manage. We strive to be fully transparent, legally sound, and considerate in everything we do. While we aim to become a well-known and trusted name in the towing industry, we are equally committed to maintaining a family-first mindset and a reputation for integrity and service.

We’re not just in the towing business—we’re in the business of helping property owners keep their communities safe, organized, and compliant.
