SW/HW Simulation Integration Specialist (Evening/Night Shifts)

📍 Location: On-site – Mountain View, CA

💼 Contract Role | ASAP Through December 31, 2025 (Likely Extension)

Morson Talent is partnering with a pioneering aerospace organization in search of a Simulation Integration Specialist to support mission-critical simulation and integration work on next-gen autonomous electric aircraft .

If you're experienced in hardware/software integration and ready to work hands-on with HIL/SIL simulation platforms , we want to hear from you.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

• Deploy, validate, and integrate simulation platforms for HIL and system-level environments
• Support commissioning and integration of real-time software/hardware systems
• Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple simulation layers
• Maintain software version control and implement updates/patches
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver robust simulation and test solutions

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in simulation, integration, or embedded systems
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python
• Solid experience with HIL/SIL setups
• Excellent debugging, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills

🌟 Nice-to-Haves:

• Aerospace or flight simulation experience
• Familiarity with FSTDs , avionics, aircraft dynamics, or aerospace systems
• Knowledge of ARINC 429/664, RS-485, CAN, or similar protocols
• Background in system-level test environments or certification workflows

🕒 Shifts (Must be available for both):

1:

🗓 Sunday–Thursday

🕑 Core: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM PT

📞 On-Call: 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM PT

2:

🗓 Monday–Friday

🕓 Core: 4:00 AM – 11:00 AM PT

📞 On-Call: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM PT

🕘 Note: Full 40-hour workweek can be expensed due to on-call responsibilities.
