We prioritize delivering an elite customer experience by educating clients and making the intricacies of boats easy to comprehend for all buyers. We are a relatively new company that has expanded quickly, with aims to continue expansion and add more team members.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Elite Marine Surveyors. The role is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL with majority of work able to be completed whilst working-from-home. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls with professionalism, light bookkeeping, invoicing, handling bookings and schedules for a team of surveyors, and assisting with executive tasks. Social Media management/posts would also be a bonus.
At present we are also trying to build a database of previous clients and brokers so we can send out marketing and promo emails on a regular basis.
