Ideal Background: ~5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in real estate or fund accounting ~ Solid understanding of IFRS and GAAP reporting standards ~ Proven experience managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ~ Skilled in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements ~ Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills ~ Ability to oversee treasury functions, accounts payable, and internal controls ~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
